The CBS Recommends—Biblical Spirituality Online

The Paulist Evangelization Training Institute (PETI) will offer its online course Biblical Spirituality from January 25 to March 7, 2010. Over the six-week course, Fr. Tony Krisak will review the major themes and stories of scripture which ground Catholic spirituality and life.  The course is aimed at helping people understand how we view the Bible and how we actively live our faith on the basis of a rich scriptural tradition.

London Archbishop Reflects on the Nativity Scene

The scene at Bethlehem shows harmony between all the elements of our created world and is a call to remember how we depend on each other, creation and God, says the archbishop of Westminster. In a pastoral letter for the Dec. 27 feast of the Holy Family, Archbishop Vincent Nichols reflected on the lessons to be drawn from the Nativity scene.
