HCBS Bears Fruit in the Bible Belt!

A graduate of the first class of the Hartford Catholic Biblical School, Mr. Jerry Siegmund now of Myrtle Beach, SC, is the founder of a new four-year Biblical School patterned after the CBS in Hartford.  The new Biblical School is centered in St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic parish, just over the North Carolina border from Jerry’s home.

Since graduating from the Hartford CBS, Jerry has taught a variety of  programs on different books of the Bible and has long felt that parishioners would benefit from a more in-depth course such as the Catholic Biblical School provides.

The program will be open to members at St. Brendan’s and other surrounding parishes as well as non-Catholics. Unlike our program in Hartford, St. Brendan's will not be able to repeat each year for a new incoming class due to lack of teachers. So if any recent graduates from our CBS are looking for a place to retire and still keep up your scripture work, check out St. Brendan's!
